A Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate or equivalent in Architecture/Building Services/Building Surveying/Quantity Surveying or related disciplines, with at least 3 years' relevant working experience and a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as “Green Card”). Ability to communicate effectively with people from different background and professions, a strong sense of responsibility with multi-tasking skills, being self-motivated, ability to complete tasks under tight schedules, proficiency in IT skills and MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required. Ability to use AutoCAD, with knowledge of Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) would be an advantage.
