The Office of the Vice-President (Development and External Relations) is recruiting a high caliber staff for an inter-institutional project on coding education and computation thinking for upper primary schools. It aims at strengthening the logical thinking and problem solving skills of students, as well as cultivating their interest and motivation in coding and computational education. The appointee will be a core member of the project team, and play a key role in implementing the coding education for primary schools.
Assist the Senior Project Manager in operating the Project (including school-level coordination, manpower planning and training, quality assurance, liaison with stakeholders), and perform any other duties as assigned.
A good honours degree or equivalent. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and good communication and problem solving skills are required. Candidates are expected to be self-motivated and resourceful with ability to work independently and under pressure.
