Part-time Executive Officer II in the School of Energy and Environment (Appointment for 10 months) [Ref. D/180/09]

 

Duties

Provide administrative support to the School’s promotional and student events, with main focus on the coordination of Asian Aerosol Conference 2019, including liaison with both internal and external parties, management of promotional and logistics arrangements, provision of on-site support for the conference; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A good honours degree with at least 2 years’ administrative experience.  Experience in event management would be an advantage. Strong proficiency in computer software applications, excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
