Provide support in classroom allocation (including class scheduling and room booking in different learning centres), admission operations, student loans and grants, student records and certification, compiling statistics and reports, and perform any other duties as assigned.
Overtime work may be required.
5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ working experience. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and good computer skills (including MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing) are required. Ability to work under tight schedules with multiple priorities is preferred.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Temporary Clerical Assistant.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
