The professional veterinary Scientific Officer is expected to contribute to the teaching of undergraduate veterinary students in problem-based learning (PBL) and clinical skills teaching sessions. Training for PBL tutoring will be provided by the course leaders at CityU. Duties will include:
A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent veterinary degree, preferably registerable in Hong Kong with not less than 5 years’ working experience in veterinary medicine. Experience in mixed practices and good command of spoken Cantonese is preferred. Candidates with keen interest in veterinary education would be an advantage. Candidates who are immediately available are preferred.
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
