Provide administrative support to postgraduate student matters. Main duties include day-to-day administration of student records and related work processes; support on development and enhancement of computerized systems and system implementation; compilation of statistics; coordination of projects initiated by the School and collaboration projects with Mainland or overseas universities; and undertaking any other duties as assigned.
Travels to Mainland China and other countries will be required.
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years’ post-qualification working experience. Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; being attentive to details; strong sense of responsibility; and good IT skills with solid experience in MS Office applications (in particular Access, Excel) are required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
