A good honours degree with at least 7 years’ relevant experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal, technical, critical and analytical skills with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving; and strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently to meet tight timelines are required. Prior experience in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or related disciplines and/or with post-qualification experience in the veterinary field.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
