Reporting to the Associate Director of Campus Development, the appointee is responsible for:
The appointee may be required to work on irregular hours.
A good honours degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate/Diploma in Architectural Studies/Environment and Interior Design/Building Services/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Experience in application of drafting in electronic format (such as AutoCAD, site supervision and coordination in building services alterations, additions and improvements); knowledge of building services systems, facilities management, energy management and conservation; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong sense of risk awareness and responsibility; good interpersonal and communication skills; being self-motivated for performance achievement, confident and creative; commitment to teamwork; capability to supervise in-house and out-sourced works; and ability to work independently under pressure against tight schedules are required. Knowledge of using software (such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
