Reporting to the Director and Associate Director of Campus Development, the appointee will play a key role in the strategic planning, capital deployment and project execution to develop a quality and environmental friendly campus for learning and working. As a senior member of the Office, the appointee will actively participate in office management and cultural development.
Duties
A good honours degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines and full membership of the HKIE/similar professional bodies, with at least 15 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 5 years at senior management level. Extensive experience in building development and large-scale building project execution in Hong Kong; being self-motivated and performance driven with proven management ability to complete tasks within tight project schedules; good analytical and interpersonal skills; and high degree of commitment to the University are required. Experience in government subvention projects; and substantial administrative experience in higher education institutions are preferred.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and housing benefits (where applicable).
