The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to the Office related to intellectual property (IP) administration, including the following:
A good honours degree with at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good computer skills; good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks with self-motivation, as well as work independently under pressure and within tight schedules are required.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
