The appointee will assist the College Office in matters relating to publicity, marketing, publications and other administrative duties. Main duties include to:
A good honours degree with a minimum of 5 years' administrative experience, preferably in the higher education sector. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; good presentation, organizational and communication skills; excellent data interpretation and report-writing skills; being self-motivated and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Putonghua and database management is preferred. Experience in administration, fundraising, public relations and marketing would be an advantage.
Working outside office hours for attending meetings and/or participating in events and activities will be required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
