Reporting to the Director of the Centre, the appointee will be responsible for providing support in the operation of the Centre (including the development and delivery of executive training programmes).
Occasional travels to Mainland/overseas may be required.
A good honours degree with at least 7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with strong business development background. Being self-driven, energetic, and outcome-oriented; solid skills and experience in interacting with various stakeholders; ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure to solve problems with tact and diplomacy; and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Knowledge of higher education in Hong Kong or business education in Mainland China, and solid experience in programme management or in handling marketing projects for a sizable corporation would be an advantage.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
