The appointee will work in the Chinese Mainland Affairs Office to assist in the administration of the University’s mainland establishments to ensure effective operation as well as compliance with the Mainland statutory requirements and the University guidelines and regulations. S/he will be responsible for:
Occasional short trips to Shenzhen and other mainland cities are required.
A good honours degree or equivalent with at least 7 years' relevant working experience in all-round administration. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese); good interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to work independently, take up new assignments and challenges are required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Mainland-HK operation and compliance. Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
