Temporary Clerical Officer II in the Finance Office (Appointment for 4 months) [Ref. A/R/991/09]

 

Duties

  1. Handle procurement-related tasks (such as presentation of price analysis, tender documents);
  2. Handle supplier registration process;
  3. Assist in handling supplier evaluation documents;
  4. Provide routine administrative support (such as document preparation, filing, data-entry);
  5. Handle enquiries;
  6. Assist supervisors to prepare reports and statistics;
  7. Validate information and data; and
  8. Handle ad-hoc tasks, and perform any other duties as assigned.


Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with substantial working experience.  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), being detail-minded and well-organized, ability to work independently, and proficiency in PC applications (including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) are required.  Preference will be given to candidates with procurement working experience.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
