Temporary Clerical Officer II in the Finance Office (Appointment for 6 months) [Ref. A/R/1025/09]

 

Duties

Provide clerical support for system implementation of Document Management System (DMS) and handle tasks including but not limited to:

  1. Checking, filing, scanning and packing of documents;
  2. Data entry for 2D barcode generation; and
  3. Any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics.  Good PC and communication skills; strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team are required.  Experience in DMS is an advantage.  Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
