Irregular working hours (including shift and night duties) may be required.
A good honours degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related disciplines, a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as “Green Card”), and at least 3 years’ site inspection experience in Hong Kong. Strong sense of risk awareness and responsibility; commitment to teamwork and proper documentation of site records; good communication skills; being self-motivated for performance achievement; ability to work independently under minimum supervision; and capability to manage all resources effectively are required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
