The appointee is responsible for the repair and maintenance of building fabrics on campus, and the design, procurement and construction work. Main duties include to:

A good honours degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate or equivalent in Building Surveying/Building Engineering or related disciplines, with a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as “Green Card”), and at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in building maintenance. Good experience in building maintenance, knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS), proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel), being motivated and reliable in discharging duties under minimum supervision, strong leadership skills, good sense in handling urgent matters, and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required. Proficiency in Putonghua and software (e.g AutoCAD, Photoshop and Virtual Image) would be an advantage.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
