The appointee will be responsible for promoting alumni contribution and giving, as well as developing and fostering partnerships with alumni and stakeholders through data mining, prospect research, strategic communication and programmes/events that align with the University’s strategic development.
The appointee may also be required to work outside office hours.
A good honours degree, with at least 10 years' post-qualification experience (preferably in stakeholder engagement in sizable organizations). Ability to develop prospect research and fundraising initiatives; excellent teamwork, communication and supervisory skills; excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are required. Experience in alumni development and managing projects is preferred.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and housing benefits (where applicable).
