Supervise a small team in providing support in payment and account payables, staff disbursement and student activities payment; prepare timely regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses to support management decisions; and take up other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in universities/NGOs/sizable organizations including 2 years in supervisory role. A good honours degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related disciplines, and being a qualified accountant and/or member of recognized professional accounting bodies are preferred. Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Mandarin; being self-initiative with good supervisory skills; ability to work independently and in a team are required. Proficiency in PC skills and experience with Oracle Financials or other ERP systems are desirable.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer II.
