In a strategic move to further strengthen the fast developing Institutional Advancement functions of the University, we are looking for a seasoned and dynamic leader to head the Alumni Relations Office which is one of the key offices under the leadership of the Vice-President (Development and External Relations).

Under the overall leadership of the Vice-President (Development and External Relations), the appointee will lead the Alumni Relations Office, play a key role in formulating strategies and monitor operations for alumni relations development in alignment with the University’s strategic goals. S/he is expected to coordinate an array of activities, services and communication platforms for strengthening alumni affinity; develop collaborative relationship with alumni organisations including the Convocation, and other local and non-local alumni chapters; lead the Office to raise all forms of support for the University including donations; and collaborate with other University units for achieving synergies.
A Master’s degree/Bachelor's degree, with at least 12 years’ management experience at senior level, and a successful track record in relevant areas. Proficiency in English and Chinese, strong leadership ability, extensive networks, and good knowledge of tertiary education are required. The appointee should also have a dynamic personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong ability to cultivate stakeholders’ support.

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
