Academic Coordinator (Public Administration) in the School of Continuing and Professional Education [Ref. C/594/09]

Duties

Overseeing quality delivery of public administration related programmes offered by the School including teaching, coordination of teaching teams, programme management and development, student project supervision, and any other duties as assigned.  Working on weekends or in evenings may be required.

Requirements

A PhD in relevant disciplines (preferably in Social Policy) with at least 5 years’ teaching experience at the tertiary level.  Preference will be given to candidates with experience in academic accreditation, and good industrial connections in the field. 

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
