Visiting Professor/Visiting Associate Professor/Visiting Assistant Professor (News Broadcast/Visual Journalism/Documentary Production) in the Department of Media and Communication [Ref. B/R/820/09]

Applications are invited for a non-tenure track, one semester or one-year visiting position commencing from September 2019 or January 2020.

Duties

Teach basic or advanced news broadcast/visual journalism/documentary production courses and undertake other related administrative duties. 

Requirements

A PhD degree/equivalent qualification and relevant experience in teaching, and shooting and editing video news packages/documentary are required.  Candidates may be requested to supply samples of the most recent video production work.  Faculty members in peer institutions on sabbatical leave are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Terms of appointment will be based on the current visiting remuneration package.
