How to Apply
Students must be nominated by their College or School in order to be considered for the Student Exchange Programme. Students who wish to apply should:
Identify up to six programmes at Institutional, College, School and Departmental levels (max. 2 choices for each level) from the List of Partner Institutions that fit in with their study plan and interests.
Consult their academic advisor or departmental coordinator on the suitability of their proposed exchange study plan and how to proceed.
Complete the Student Exchange Application Form in AIMS (under "Student Services") during the scheduled application period.
The first-round application period is 8 December 2017 - 17 January 2018.
Short-listed candidates will be invited for interview conducted by a central selection panel. The interview period is
5 - 9 February 2018.
Selected students will be required to pay a Caution Money of HK$1,000 when they accept the exchange offer from the University. Students will receive a reimbursement of the Caution Money if and when they have completed the exchange programme with satisfaction, and submitted all the required documents to the University upon completion of the exchange programme. Should student fail to meet any of the above stated requirements or decide to withdraw from the programme after accepting the offer, even before or after departure, the Caution Money will be forfeited.
