Course registration takes place during the course add/drop period commencing 2 weeks before each semester. Students must finalise their study plan before the end of the add/drop period, i.e. 11:30 pm on the Monday of Teaching Week 2. All students are required to register for a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 18 credits in each semester and at least 6 and up to 7 credits during Summer Term. Check your class schedule online to see if you are formally registered for your intended classes.

The registration for most of the courses can be conducted online via Administrative Information Management System (AIMS), which is an electronic infrastructure for students to deal with numerous academic and campus-related matters. Some courses do not accept online add/drop. For such courses, students will need to register by submitting a paper Add/Drop Form to the course-offering academic unit for approval.
