Description

Guarding & Crime Prevention Team is responsible for the security and enforcement of laws and regulations of the University. It supports University's operation and activities by providing a safe, secure and orderly environment for the staff and students to carry out their work and studying. Staff of the Guarding & Crime Prevention Team provides round the clock services which include access control, loss and found, monitoring of various security alarms/ detection systems, responding to fire and security alarms and handling emergency incidents as well as to ensure observance of the University's polices, rules and regulations. Guarding & Crime Prevention Team also provides professional security advice to users and from time to time, conduct security prevention programs to promote occupants' security awareness.
