Moving
Description
The
General Supporting Services Team is mainly responsible for
manual transport / moving services such
as relocation of furniture, equipment, goods
etc. The Team is also responsible for setting
up of display units, provision of notice
stands and other logistics support.

Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 12:00
Sunday and Public Holiday: Close
Service
Charge
Service charge is not required for official
requests within office hours.
Regulations
or Guidelines
Advance notice (at least one working
day) for work request is required.
Booking of display units and notice
stands is available on a first-come first-served
basis.
Maximum 5 nos of A4 or A3 notice
stands are provided for departmental
function.
