Scope
of Works
The aged electric hot water boiler serving
changing rooms of Sports Complex will
be replaced by water-to-water heat pumps.
Associated alteration for the hot water
supply system including electrical, pipework
and builder's work.
Achievement
The aged electric water boilers are
replaced by a more energy efficient heat
pump system. An annual saving in operation
cost of $280,000 will be achieved and
the capital cost will be paid back within
5 years.
