Academic Exchange Building is located on the eastern side of the Campus site at 81 Tat Chee Avenue. It is a low rise building of composite usages. It contains the following:

• Jockey Club House - This is for exchange students with a total of 84 rooms providing 92 bed-study places.
• Alice Cheng Hall - This is for short stay visitors. There are in total 8 flats with 3 en suite bedrooms each.
• Jockey Club Hall - This is for long stay visitors. There are in total 14 flats with 2 bedrooms each.
• Senior and Essential Staff Quarters - There are 8 senior staff quarters and 6 essential staff quarters on different sections of the building.
• School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE) - The SCOPE is located on Lower Ground Floor of the AEB which consists of office space, one lecture theatre and 4 seminar rooms.

Short-stay Visitor Quarters

Note:

Weekly Rate:	For 7 consecutive nights and above. Subsequent period of less than 1 week will be charged on pro-rata basis.
Monthly Rate:	For a whole month and above. Subsequent period of less than 1 month will be charged on pro-rata basis.
Special Rate:	A special daily rate of $100 would be given for additional bed to children aged between 4 and 12. Free rental would be given to children aged below 4.

Long-stay Visitor Quarters

Monthly Rate HK$19,200 which is for a whole month and above. Subsequent period of less than 1 month will be charged on pro-rata basis. The rental includes utility charges, but excludes IDD charges and daily housekeeping services
