The Facilities Management Office (FMO) is one of the University's support offices, it is the central agent of the University in looking after the provision and management of various facilities on campus.

Along with the duty in maintaining a pleasant, safe and hygienic environment for the University community, we offer a wide range of services and support to meet the needs of the University's core business. In discharging our duties, we aspire to provide the best possible service to the extent our resources allow.

Beyond our obvious role in facilities management, we are also charged with the duty to safeguard the University's built asset and to ensure that relevant statutory requirements and regulations are complied with.

My office is staffed by a team of more than 200 strong of professional and dedicated staff who are committed to serving our users and fulfilling our duties. However, without the support and cooperation of our users, we will not succeed. I appeal to all of you to share the civil responsibility in protecting and caring the campus facilities and environment. Together we can build a better campus.
