The
Language Learning Advisory Service (LLAS) is open to all CityU students
who want to improve their English language skills through independent
study.
Students and advisors discuss a
student’s learning needs and goals, create learning plans and discuss
available resources and learning progress. The service aims to help
students learn to:
Assess their language learning needs
Set independent learning goals
Plan their studies
Find appropriate resources to meet their needs
Evaluate their own learning
Language learning advisors are teachers from the English Language Centre who advise students:
In person in the Self-Access Centre
By email at llasline@cityu.edu.hk
By video conferencing through Windows Live Messenger at llasline@hotmail.com
