Archive your Bb course and backup your content materials

For a course site in Blackboard, it consists of course content at Learning Management System (LMS) and files/folders in Content Collection. You will need archive your course and backup your content materials in two steps.

 

Must Do

1. Archive Course in a Bb ZIP file. Click here for the animated guide.
2. Remove the archive ZIP file from course after downloading. Click here for animated guide.

Other actions to take if you want to be able to view content materials and data more conveniently on your local PC

1. Copy your course content from Bb course site to Content Collection. Click here for animated guide.
