Blackboard Transition Arrangements from Summer Term 2009 to Semester A 2009-10

Re-initialization of Blackboard courses for Semester A 2009-10

Blackboard (Bb) courses used in Semester A 2008-09 will be re-initialised for use again in the coming Semester A 2009-10. The re-initialization process will retain all course materials (including course documents, content collection files, tests and surveys) within the individual course sites, but all students' information will be removed. The course sites will then be ready to receive new students' information for Semester A 2008-09. Consequential to this, all section sites used in Semester A 2008-09 will be removed on 5 August 2009 (Wednesday). Teaching team records (instructors, teaching assistants, course developers, etc) will be removed from Semester A 2008-09 Bb courses on 14 August 2009 (Friday).

If you do not want to keep course content of Bb courses used in Semester A 2008-09, you will need to access the courses to remove the content before 14 August 2009 (Friday).
