- How do I make use of Blackboard?
1. When can I start accessing my Semester A Blackboard courses?
You will be able to access your Blackboard courses for Semester A when your instructors make the courses available to students.
Please note that your "My Blackboard Courses" list may not have all of your registered courses. You need to confirm with your instructors that they are using Blackboard courses.
2. After I have added a course to my student schedule via AIMS, when will the course appear in Blackboard? What will happen when I drop a course?
Provided that your instructor has made the corresponding Blackboard course available, you will be able to access it one day after you have successfully added that course to your student schedule. Similarly, when you drop a course from your student schedule, the corresponding Blackboard course will disappear from your "My Blackboard Courses" list the next day.
3. How do I make use of Blackboard?
If you want to learn more about the functions & facilities offered by Blackboard, you can refer to the CityU's Blackboard User Guides for Students under the Teaching & Learning tab in the e-Portal for animated illustrations.
