The philosophy of having a positive mental attitude is the belief that one can increase achievement, growth, expansion and success through optimistic thought processes.
Visualization, self control, determination and concentration also play an important role for a positive mental approach.
Always visualize only favourable and beneficial situations. Use positive words when you talk to yourself or when talking with others. Smile a little more, as this helps to think positively. Disregard any feelings of laziness or a desire to quit. If you persevere, you will transform the way your mind thinks.
I have quite a lot of problems with my studies, my GPA is low and therefore I always think negatively, what can I do?
Once a negative thought enters your mind, you have to be aware of it and strive to replace it with a constructive one.
Think positively, expect only favourable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. It may take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they do. Set achievable and realistic goals with a time frame and it will change your life.
The difference between can and cannot are only three letters. Think about it!
