Traditionally, few students would choose a career as a Patent or Trademark Attorney because it is a very specialized field (and few people talk about it). In this talk, Steven Fung, Partner of International Patent and Trademark Attorney Firm, Marks & Clerk, will discuss his experiences as a Patent Attorney and how he came to join this profession. He will also discuss the career path of a Patent and Trademark Attorney as well as providing some useful hints (secrets) to anyone who is interested in joining this profession.
