Abstract

The Project is an instructional DVD Program for use in the PCLL Course Interlocutory Advocacy and Interviewing featuring examples of a poor interview and an excellent interview.

The Program will also have relevant commentary explaining why the interviews were either of a low or high quality. The DVD will be shown in a Large Group (LG) session on Interviewing and Advising. Prior to its screening students must undertake pre-reading in a Desk Book (an internally published text) and will receive relevant instruction in that LG.

After viewing this DVD student will reflect on what they have seen in the LG. Students will then be in a position to practicing what they learned from the DVD in a follow up activity in a Small Group
