Pre-registration and Personal Timetables
We will do the course pre-registration for exchange students, subject to course availability and satisfaction of course pre-requisites etc. Exchange students will be able to view their personal timetables in mid-August (for Semester A) and in late December / early January (for Semester B) in AIMS.
Online Add/Drop for Web-based Courses
All students can modify their course plans in AIMS (our e-Portal) provided that those courses are web-enabled. To learn more about online add/drop process, please visit the Web Registration Website.
Paper Add/Drop for Non-Web Based Courses
Note that some courses are NOT web-enabled and thus require paper add/drop applications. Exchange students have to print and submit a hardcopy of the application form to the General Office of their host department for approval. The Add/Drop Form is obtainable from the AIMS during the add/drop period only. Please study carefully the submission steps and view a demonstration at the Add/Drop Website.
