The following systems will not be available at the times indicated below:

Library system (LIB)	20:00-22:00	1st Sat of each month
CityLink service (FRANCE, GENEVA)	18:00-20:00	1st Sat of each month
Email Cluster for students (PLINK)	18:00-20:00	1st Sat of each month
Misc. Administrative services(JAPAN) -FLC inventory, SAO facilities & counselling -HRO personal data enquiry, CSC terminal booking	18:00-20:00	every Sat
Misc. Administrative services(IRAQ) -Smart card system, CITYDIS	18:00-20:00	every Sat
General Administrative services (HRO, BFO, REG, SAO)	Unavailable after normal office hours

Notes :
Users' files are backed up during the above-mentioned unavailable hours. Other special maintenance activities, major system upgrades, holidays and unscheduled down time will be announced through the University network messages and login messages on various systems.
