Special Internet Package for CityU Members

In addition to the in-campus and remote access Internet resources provided by the Computing Services Centre (CSC), the Centre has arranged with Asia Online Ltd. a supplemental remote Internet access package for heavy users . This package is exclusively for current CityU staff and students at a favourable rate. For details and obtaining of a subscription form, please refer to http://www.cityu.edu.hk/asiaonline. Please note that completed subscription forms together with a photocopy of the CityU Staff I.D. card must be returned to the CSC.

Using CityLink Plus and Asia Online package in parallel

If you are using both CityLink Plus and Asia Online package in parallel, you will have separate dial-up telephone numbers, login names, and e-mail addresses for access to respective services. Please ensure the settings of your Internet tools, such as your e-mail client and Internet browser, are pointing to the connecting service provider at the time of usage. The settings for CityLink Plus are detailed in the CityLink Plus User’s Guide which is also available at http://www.cityu.edu.hk/csc/clpguide.htm , whereas that for Asia Online package will be provided by Asia Online Ltd. upon subscription.
