Renovation of Room Neptune

 

Room Neptune, which is located in the Computer Centre opposite to the Computer Room, has been thoroughly renovated to include a rear projection and a surround sound system. The following equipments are installed to provide maximum comfort and luxury for both speakers and audiences:

• A Barcographics 801 projector
• A rigid rear projection screen
• A surround integrated amplifier
• A high capacity power amplifier
• A laser disc player
• A video cassette recorder
• High capacity front speakers
• Ceiling Mount Speakers
• A 486 PC with VGA monitor and wireless mouse

Room Neptune has a seating capacity of 110 and its sole purpose is to accommodate seminars, forums, conferences, computer user group meetings, staff orientations etc..
