What are the Advanced Features available in O365?

The CityU Office 365 (O365), powered by Microsoft Office 365 for Education using Microsoft Cloud-based service, is more than an E-mail system. It is an enhanced, integrated and unified messaging system providing E-mail, Calendar, Scheduling, Contacts (Address Books), Tasks, Notes, etc. on an integrated and unified platform. All those data and services can easily be accessed anywhere through the web with Outlook Web Access (OWA), or using popular E-mail software, especially Microsoft Office Outlook, or popular Mobile devices.

  • Customize Automatic Replies and Inbox Rules in your account

  • Share your calendar with others

  • Choose how you want to view email and calendars

  • Wipe data from your mobile device to prevent unauthorized access if you lost your phone

The O365 Outlook Web App (OWA) function provides a rich Outlook-like web interface for users to access their O365 accounts from any Internet connected computer with most popular web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or FireFox, under a secure (SSL encrypted) connection. Features available in Outlook Web App includes:
