The Service Counter, right in the middle of the Computing Services Centre (CSC) Student Terminal Area (in AC1), provides information on accessing the facilities in the CSC, fixes hardware faults and manages laser printing services etc. The Counter staff can also help you reset your computer account initial password, check out wireless notebook computers, key locks, manuals, references and pick up your colour printouts. The Service Counter opens during the following time:
