Cannot login to VPN of CityU - Error 691.
Please try the following:
- Reset the departmental LAN password by the following steps
- Invoke CityU departmental intranet.
- Click Software Tools and Utilities from the menu on
left.
- Click Change Account Password (Dept Network) from the
upcoming menu.
- Enter login name, current (old) password and
new password.
- Click Submit New Password button.
- Wait for a few minutes and try the VPN connection again.
