COSDAF Morning Meeting Schedule

Time: 9:30-10:30am

1. Each presenter has to give the presentation as scheduled, anyone who cannot give the presentation as scheduled has to send an email to his/her supervisor and Dr. JA Zapien (apjazs@cityu.edu.hk) for approval, and cc a copy to (karisho7@cityu.edu.hk) at least one month before the meeting. The following information should be included in the email:
   1. Your scheduled presentation date; and
   2. your reasons of absence.
2. If the change is made less than one month before the scheduled presentation, the presenter is responsible to find a replacement for himself / herself. Please also send an email to his/her supervisor and Dr. JA Zapien (apjazs@cityu.edu.hk) for approval, and cc a copy to (karisho7@cityu.edu.hk) once replacement is found. NO SHOW is not allowed.
