Wei currently serves as the Deputy Managing Director of CSM Media Research, the official HKTAM service provider. Wei has spent over 20 years in the TV industry and audience measurement in China and Canada. Her industrial experience covers many areas including audience measurement, advertising and marketing, as well as TV production.
Since Wei joined CSM HK in 2018, she has been proactively leading and coordinating the HKTAM project. Wei has a strong sense of how the data can help the media planning in the advertising market and she is also exploring the new methodologies for audience measurement in the digital world. Her expertise and connections in different scopes and sectors of the industry enable her to build capacities to provide insights and meet the needs of the industry in Hong Kong.
