Dr. Wang received her MA in International Journalism from the University of Leeds and her Ph.D in Communication Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University. Dr. Wang’s doctoral dissertation was is about how a Communist Party newspaper organisation responded to the impact of digital media. She has published in Journalism Studies, Global Media and China, and the Sage Handbook of Game Studies.
