COM hosted three live online sessions on Virtual Information Day 2020

The Department of Media and Communication organized three interactive online briefing sessions on City University Information Day and they were successfully held in the afternoon of Oct 24. Around 60 potential students attended the sessions and a fruitful discussion was experienced among the students.

The online briefing session was opened by Professor Yu-li Liu, Head of the Department, who gave a welcome speech to the potential students. It was then followed by the course major leaders, Dr. Crystal Jiang and Dr. Ki Joon Kim who introduced our undergraduate programmes, Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication (BAMDCM) and Bachelor of Arts in Digital Television and Broadcasting (BATVB). Afterward, Ms. Sonia Yeung explained student internship arrangement and our alumni shared their school activities and working experience in different media companies such as RTHK, TVB and Yahoo Hong Kong.
