Terms of Reference
- To recommend to CCCU Executive Committee an overall publicity strategy for the promotion of CCCU;
- To identify the best means of proactively projecting a positive corporate image for CCCU;
- To budget and plan all the activities concerning marketing and promotion of all college programmes at CCCU level; and
- To formulate an effective media strategy for CCCU for the promotion and maintenance of good relations with the media.

- 2 members from each Division
- 1 member from the Pre-AD programme
- 1 member from the Centre for Lifelong Learning
- The Principal may appoint 1-2 other College members with experience in design and web technology or media relations (Optional)
Secretary
- Assistant College Secretary
Term of Service
The terms of office of all members, including the chairman, shall be two years.
