Facilities Planning & Development Sub-committee
The Facilities Planning and Development Sub-committee has the delegated authority to devise a long-term plan for the development of College facilities for the attainment of CCCU mission.
Terms of Reference
- To identify risks, opportunities and options that will inform on strategies to provide non-academic support services for the attainment of CCCU’s mission;
- To develop and create strong internal relationships between the Computer Services Centre, Library, Campus Planning, and the Facilities Management Office;
- To develop and promote a corporate culture of efficient, results- and customer-oriented provision of non-academic services; and
- To design mechanisms to promote effective use of teaching and learning facilities and strike a balance between optimal use of resources and creation of an ambience conducive to student learning in CCCU’s off-campus teaching centres.

- Vice Principal (Planning)
Members:
- CQAC (College Quality Assurance Committee) Chairman or his/her nominee
- Facilities Officer (Telford Campus)
- Head of Foundation Programmes or his/her nominee (Bute Street)
- 2-3 co-opted members appointed by the Principal
Member-Secretary:
- College Administration Secretary
Term of Service
The terms of office for members shall be two years.
