  須提供入息審查，以津貼或貸款的形式資助有需要的全日制學生。

• 2) 專上學生免入息審查貸款計劃(NLSPS)
  以貸款的形式提供經濟援助予合資格的全日制學生，包括已得到學生資助辦事處援助的學生，幫助學生應付學費和基本的生活開支。

• 3) 免入息審查貸款計劃(NLS)
  無須入息審查，以貸款形式提供經濟援助予合資格的兼讀制學生，或未得到以上兩項計劃資助的學生。

• 4) 持續進修基金(CEF)
  部份副學士課程或科目已被列入為持續進修基金可獲發還款項的課程，學生如年齡為18歲以上，在成功完成課程後，可向持續進修基金申請發還百分之八十的學費，最高可退還學費10 000港元。
